How to get suspect data into your sales funnel using ACE Contact Manager CRM

Hi, good day, am talking about how to import your suspect data from an excel file to your ACE Contact Manager CRM.

I believe, you know that 60 to 70 percent of all leads are potentially wasted if not managed properly. Industry surveys indicate that only 10 to 25 percent of all leads are interested and ready to buy. Some percentage of leads are not qualified at all. Therefore, it is very much important to manage the conversion of 'suspected' targeted data to initialy interested 'prospect'.

Import suspect data from excel to contact database and grouping them as ‘suspects’.
 

Click on File menu ->Data Exchange->click Import->Select Excel (*.xls).

Now you will get screen like abouve picture

The top left box contains fields structure of current database in Ace Contact Manager. You will be importing to this current database.

The right top box will display the fields structure of the excel file from where you want to import, when you click on the browse button and locate the excel file.

You have to map the fields of the excel file with the fields of Ace database by selecting one field from the right top box and corresponding field from the left top box.

Now please click on the browse button to locate the excel file from which you want to import.

Once you map one field and click on “Add Fields” button, the mapped field will vanish from the right top box and will appear in the left bottom box as a field to be imported.
