  1. Pre-Sales Support ? -This is FREE and without any obligation. ACE is a shareware and hence is available for evaluation for 3 user for 14 days. During this time, an evaluating person might want to import existing data and explore possibilities in ACE. We promise to guide and help by email to such users without any expectation.


  2. Warranty Support - Users who buy will get 30 days of free support which includes email guidance and free upgrades in release of the same Version ( If it is ACE7.1.5 - 7 is the version and others are release upgrades)that the user has purchased for the 30 days duration.


  3. AMC Support ? Users who buy the ACE Contact Manager software and buy AMC, will get email help or support and will also get Free Upgrades in Release of the same Version for one Long Year from the date of Purchase of AMC.


  4. Upgrade from ACE4.XX or ACE5 or ACE6 to Current Version ACE7.XX.XX ? " Upgrade is optional and hence ACE4 users are still using ACE4 for last 12 years, ACE6 users are still using ACE6 for last 5 years, as on 2011. To upgrade to ACE7.XX.XX, User has to buy the current version. Data Migration will be supported by us, at a cost of US$10/- per installation.


  5. Upgrade from ACE7.xx.xx to ACE8.xx.xx ? "> This is optional. The first 50 users or during the first 3 months, whichever comes first, will get discounted price, to be announced through the web site.
