Purchase and Prices
After completing
your purchase, an activation code that makes the trial version fully
functional for the number of user licenses purchased will be emailed
to you immediately through our new Digital River's RegNow processing
system. Ace Contact Manager may now also be purchased through
Digital River's oneNetwork.
You will receive the email from support@GoAce.com of Data
Management Assistance Corporation.
When you click on the "Register" button in Ace, currently
you will immediately go to the "ACE Registration" dialog.
The information from the email must be transcribed correctly
to the registration information for the registration to be
successful.
In the email you will see the following:
Registerd Owner:My Company
Number of Users:1
Activation Number:1556D6-856765-6C8ED2-0CD978-67B5A3
In Ace Contact Manager the above information goes on the "ACE Registration" dialog screen
under "Registered Owner", "Number of Users", and "Activation
Number."
Order Information
The Ace Contact Manager cost is $99 per user license for a limited time.
A description of what you will see on the buy screen, that screen
which appears when you click on the "Buy Now" button, under
"Order Information" now follows:
Order Type:
If you choose the default value for "Order Type" you will
also be charged $40 per user for your first year of support
and maintenance, including all published updates to Ace for a year,
for a total of $139 per user licence.
You may choose to not take the default value for "Order Type." A
second option is to receive Ace Contact Manager with 30
days of support for $99.
Registered Owner:
The "Registered Owner," which is also filled in under "Order Information"
on the buy screen,
is the name which is used throughout Ace Contact Manager when the
owner name of the Ace Contact Manager license is needed.
Where did you hear about Ace?:
The "Where did you hear about Ace?" question is the final
information requested for "Order Information" on the buy screen.
DMAC would like to know where you heard about Ace. A drop down list
will soon be added to this field and the field made optional.
General Ordering Tips
DMAC recommends you download the trial version and review this
trial version before you
purchase Ace Contact Manager. The activation number, which is
sent to you immediately when you purchase, can be used to
activate the Ace trial version which you have already installed.
When activated, the 30 contact limit on the number of contacts
will disappear.
Also the number of users will change upon activation
from the trial three users to the "Number of User Licenses" which you
purchased. This "Number of User Licences" is the number of different users
(e.g. fred, mark) which will be using the Ace databases with
unique user identification. To purchase the correct "Number of
User Licenses" you enter the number under "Quantity" on the "Order Form."
DMAC offers database conversion services
from old versions of Ace Contact Manager and most other popular Contact Managers
for those without the time to upgrade. The pricing is based on
the "Number of User Licenses" covered by your license. Please contact our
