Service and support for Ace are top DMAC priorities. DMAC has been serving the data capture industry since 1989 with top customer ratings for service and support. The same support policies and procedures that have made Unibase by DMAC the leading solution in the data capture industry will be provided to Ace customers.

Customer calls are answered personally by service reps between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Most customer problems are solved "same day." Bugs are frequently fixed within hours and rarely take more than five days.
